Samsung appears poised to surpass Apple in the race to shrink display bezels. While the newly released iPhone 16 Pro Max boasts impressively thin bezels, a recent leak suggests that Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature even slimmer bezels, potentially setting a new industry standard.
The leak comes from reputable tipster Ice Universe, who claims that Samsung has managed to reduce the bezel size of the Galaxy S25 Ultra by 0.2mm compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 Ultra. A leaked image shows a comparison between the Galaxy S25 Ultra and the iPhone 16 Pro Max, with Samsung’s device displaying a notably thinner bezel.
However, precise measurements remain unclear. While the iPhone 16 Pro Max was rumored to have bezels as thin as 1.15mm prior to launch, no specific thickness figures for the Galaxy S25 Ultra have been confirmed.
